14-DAY RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in unworn condition with tags and original packaging. Manufacturer-direct items are final sale.
RETURN PROCESS
Initiate returns by contacting support@TheChefTool.com or calling +12062917545. We’ll provide a return label; unrequested returns are not accepted.
DAMAGED/Wrong Items
Inspect orders upon receipt. Report defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately for assistance.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are limited to damaged, incorrect, mis-sized, or defective items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
REFUNDS
After inspecting returns, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, plus bank processing time.
UNUSED DISCOUNTS
No refunds for missed checkout discounts. Apply promotions during purchase.
